Rachel Leandri, Co-Managing Editor
Rachel Leandri is a senior communication studies major with concentrations in strategic communications/public relations, multimedia journalism and broadcast production. She also has minors in dance and women’s and gender studies.
Rachel began on The Beacon as a staff writer for a year and then worked as Sports Editor. This year, she is Co-Managing Editor.
Rachel typically enjoys writing feature stories or personality profiles. She is also on the student planning committee for the Tom Bigler Journalism Conference and has achieved Dean’s List every semester.
She was also Miss Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 2016.
