AOTY: Action concludes in Quarterfinal Round, Semifinal Round matchups set
The Quarterfinal Round of action has concluded in the 2018 Beacon Sports Staff Athlete of the Year tournament. The Quaterfinal Round saw both of the top two female seeds, as well as the No. 2 seeded male all fall. The Semifinal Round consists of three double digit seeds.
On the female side, a seed as low as 12 could win, but no higher than a 3. For the males, the 1-seed still remains, but as low as a 12-seed is still alive as well.
